                Shipping

                Our free shipping is exactly that. FREE. No hidden costs or extra fees. Just free shipping by freight anywhere within the continental USA. 
                The price you see is the price you pay for normal curbside shipping. We will prepare your furniture to prevent damage and send it by a common freight carrier that is the best fit for your location. The freight company will contact you to schedule your delivery date and then it will arrive at your curbside. It will then be up to you to bring the furniture inside of your home. 

                How long will it take to get my furniture?

                Most orders are at your home within 3-8 weeks depending on several factors such as location, holidays, stock, etc.
                 If you would like a more accurate time frame please email us at carolinafurnitureworld@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.
                 We will also contact you with a tracking number soon after your order has been picked up from our warehouse.
                You will be able to follow it's progress to you by the respective freight companies website.

                Quick Ship Program

                Our quick ship program is furniture that usually takes less time to leave from our warehouse to the freight company. 
                Listings that are marked with a QS in our listings are part of this program.
                Many of these items will leave our warehouse within a week of  payment being received.

                Where do you ship to?

                We ship anywhere within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or outside the United States at this time.

                Will the freight company bring my furniture inside my home?

                The freight carriers we use are for curbside delivery only, however, if you need your furniture brought inside, we can have it arranged before shipment. This is an extra charge and MUST be worked out before the furniture has left our warehouse.

                Will my furniture be assembled?

                Since your furniture is straight from the factory, it will be still in it's factory boxes and unassembled. If you need your furniture assembled, we will have to ship it by a "white glove" delivery service. We will be happy to email you a quote for this service.

                What is "white glove" delivery

                A white glove delivery service is a dedicated in-home furniture delivery company. They will open and assemble your furniture before it leaves their warehouse to make sure there is no damage. After it is at your home, they will place your furniture in the room you need it in. This is the best method of delivery for someone that needs their furniture delivered, however, it does take longer. For more information on our white glove delivery service you can go to Sun Delivery, our preferred choice for in home delivery. Please email or call for a quote for this service. 

                What if my furniture is damaged when I receive it?

                At Carolina Furniture World, you are the final authority on your furniture. The driver will not leave before you have signed off on the bill of lading. Please be sure to inspect your furniture and note any damage before he leaves. This will insure that we can get your replacement or parts to you in a timely manner. If you have obvious damage from shipping, refuse the order and note everything on the bill. Call us immediately at 336-899-7577 or email us at carolinafurnitureworld@gmail.com to get a return authorization number so we can begin getting you your replacements. For hidden damage, we will always try to send you replacement parts on any furniture that is in constant production. Please note that by their very nature, one time specials and close-outs may not have parts available for them.

                Will my furniture carry a warranty?

                Yes,your furniture will have the same warranty just like any other piece of furniture bought from that manufacturer. 

                What is your refund policy

                We want you to be perfectly happy with your furniture purchase so we offer a 14 day return policy. Just ship the furniture back to us in its original boxes and we will refund your purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Please note that all return shipping must be paid by the consumer.

                Can I cancel my order?

                We can only cancel orders that have not been scheduled with the manufacturer or the freight company. Please note that this time may only be a few days even though your furniture could take weeks longer to get to you. Please call or email us for more information about your particular situation.

                Out of Stock Items

                Sometimes an item may be out of stock and there just may be no way that we can get our hands on one no matter how hard we try. These instances are rare, but if it happens we will notify you and give you the choice of exchanging your purchase to something else or refunding your money.

                Can I Lay-Away furniture?

                Yes, we do allow you to layaway your furniture purchase. We must receive 20% down payment and then you are given 90 days to finish your payments.
                There are no added fees for this service.

                Can I use my credit card instead of Paypal?

                Yes, we can take your Visa, Mastercard, Discover or check over the phone. We do not accept American Express.

                Privacy

                We take your privacy very seriously. We will never give out any information to any third party except what is needed for shipping your furniture to you. 
                We may email you with a weekly special called our "furniture coupon" but this is a completely safe email from only us and you can opt out at any time.
